International Girls' Basketball Organization produces national girls high school
basketball tournaments. Our events have always been certified by the NCAA as
recruiting tournaments for high school basketball players. We have club
teams as well as straight high school teams. Some of the top high school
teams in the West participate each event. Our July tournaments in Seattle
and San Diego are two of the top three largest tournaments west of Chicago.
Literally hundreds of Division I, II, III NCAA basketball coaches as well as
coaches from all levels from Junior Colleges to NAIA come to our girls'
basketball tournaments each
viewing period. We play stop clock games in 16-minute halves.
Each year dozens of girls' get their scholarships and chances to play at the
next level from playing in our events. You WILL
be seen! Team coaches, as well as players and their parents,
need to take serious responsibility in marketing their student-athlete prior to
any tournament play. If you need ideas on this contact MSNM we can help
you with that process. Players need to be proactive about getting seen at
events.
Elite Teams are selected because of their regional or national prowess
demonstrated in major girls basketball tournaments. All-Star teams comprise an open
division consisting of major girls basketball programs who do not qualify for
the Elite Division.
In the July tournaments, every girls' team plays in a five-game-guarantee format. Our Spring and Fall girls tournaments feature
a four-game guarantee. |
